The Red Clay Paraprofessional Association is a local union that represents educational paraprofessionals, nurses aides, and bus aides.  Our association is located in the Red Clay Consolidated School District in New Castle County, Delaware.  As an affiliate of the Delaware State Education Association which is also an affiliate of the National Education Association, we have a membership of over 200 strong.
